Determined to find concrete proof to clear her name and protect Julian’s family, Clara began cataloging the items left behind in the estate's guest wing, which Victoria had occupied during her visits. While reorganizing the walk-in closet under the supervision of security, Clara noticed a slight misalignment in the wooden wall paneling near the back drawer.
Curiosity spiking, Clara pressed against the edge, revealing a small hidden safe built into the wall. Recognizing that Julian needed to see this immediately, she brought him to the room. Using the estate’s master override codes, Julian unlocked the compartment, expecting to find jewelry or cash. Instead, they discovered a leather-bound folder packed with bank statements, forged medical records, and private correspondence.

The papers revealed that Victoria had been systematically embezzling money from Leo’s trust fund for over a year, laundering it through shell companies registered in offshore accounts. Even more chilling were private journal entries and letters showing that Victoria had intentionally alienated Julian from his closest relatives to isolate him entirely.
The most damning piece of evidence was an encrypted flash drive hidden at the bottom of the safe. When plugged into Julian’s secure computer, it revealed video footage recorded by Victoria’s own hidden nanny cams—footage meant for blackmail, but which clearly captured her abusive behavior toward Leo and her unprovoked assault on Clara.
