Chapter 5 - Security Footage Exposes The Grandmother's Dark Actions
Two robust hospital security guards arrived in the doorway within seconds, blocking Eleanor's only escape route from the room.
“Mr. Vance, you called for security?” the lead officer asked, glancing between Marcus and the visibly shaking grandmother.
“Detain this woman immediately and confiscate her personal handbag,” Marcus ordered, pointing directly at his mother.
“You cannot do this to me! I am a pillar of Boston society!” Eleanor screamed as the guards stepped forward to grab her arms.
“Check the security corridor cameras for camera angle three between midnight and two in the morning,” Marcus instructed Sarah.
Within moments, Sarah pulled up the digital corridor feed on the nurse station terminal directly outside the glass window.

The high-definition video clearly showed Eleanor slipping into Chloe's private room at 2:15 AM with a heavy folder in hand.
She could be seen tampering with the intravenous drip line before hastily sliding the illegal documents under the child's bedding.
