Chapter 14 - Fire and Blood
The stealth helicopter touched down silently in a cloud of desert dust, exactly two miles away from Alejandro’s heavily guarded compound.
Dante and his elite unit of highly trained sicarios moved rapidly through the dark brush, completely invisible in their black tactical gear.
They bypassed the outer perimeter effortlessly, efficiently neutralizing the remaining, distracted guards with suppressed, lethal headshots.
Dante aggressively kicked open the heavy wooden doors of Alejandro’s command center, his automatic rifle immediately spitting a wall of lead.
The room erupted into absolute, bloody chaos as Dante’s men systematically eradicated every single armed threat with cold, calculated precision.
Alejandro, a young, arrogant man wearing an expensive silk shirt, scrambled desperately behind a massive wooden desk, screaming for backup.
But his radio only returned the terrifying, static-filled screams of his men being slaughtered across the burning mountain road.
Dante walked slowly across the blood-slicked floor, completely ignoring the flying bullets as if he were entirely immortal.
He reached over the desk, grabbed Alejandro violently by the collar, and slammed him aggressively onto the broken, shattered glass.
"You made a severe miscalculation when you decided to send a silver bullet to my pregnant wife," Dante whispered in a lethally calm voice.
Alejandro spat blood onto the floor, trying to maintain a brave, defiant facade despite the sheer terror violently shaking his entire body.
"You cannot kill me, Navarro, my cartel will burn your entire empire to the ground if I go missing," Alejandro threatened pathetically.
Dante simply smiled, a dark, terrifying expression that completely promised an eternity of unimaginable, agonizing pain.
