Chapter 27 - The Final Judgment

The terrified, heavily beaten survivor of the failed kidnapping was aggressively dragged down into the subterranean interrogation rooms beneath the estate.
It took exactly three minutes for him to completely break under Mateo’s brutal methods, frantically giving up Arturo’s exact hiding location in a dilapidated city motel.
Dante did not send a heavily armed strike team to loudly eliminate the pathetic, entirely cowardly threat.
He personally put on his dark tactical jacket, completely returning to the cold, calculating apex predator that the underworld still whispered about in pure terror.
Sofia did not ask him to show mercy, she did not plead for her father’s worthless life, and she absolutely did not look away.
She calmly walked up to her husband, straightening the dark collar of his jacket with perfectly steady, entirely unforgiving hands.
"Erase him completely, Dante," Sofia whispered coldly, entirely shedding the final, lingering remnants of the helpless, abused child she had once been.
Dante smiled a dark, incredibly proud smile, completely recognizing the fierce, undeniable Navarro fire burning brightly in his wife’s beautiful eyes.
He drove directly to the crumbling, entirely forgotten motel on the edge of the sprawling city limits, completely bypassing any need for stealth.
He aggressively kicked the rotting wooden door entirely off its rusted hinges, stepping into the foul-smelling room like a literal, avenging god of death.

Arturo screamed in pure, unadulterated terror, aggressively dropping his cheap bottle of liquor as he scrambled pathetically backward against the stained wall.
"Please, Navarro, I was entirely manipulated by the cartel remnants, I am her father!" Arturo begged, completely sobbing in absolute, pathetic fear.
